Terms of Service

- Clear references must be provided!! The more the better.
- If I’m made to work from limited references (one image, Picrews, face claims etc) a 20% fee will be added. (Unless custom)
- If I’m made to work from word description alone or mixed references (existing characters for different parts/jumbled photos for outfits, hair etc) a 50% fee will be added. (Unless custom)
- I have the right to refuse any commission I am not comfortable with and do not have to elaborate.
- Payment is upfront after sketch is approved OR 50% before sketch and 50% after full completion.
- Major changes can only be made during the sketch phase! Any other major changes afterwards will come with a fee.
- Commercial use is NOT included with base prices but can be discussed with your intent and additional fees
- Payment Via PayPal or Ko-Fi only, PayPal preferred.
- Please allow 1-3 weeks for completion depending on complexity
- I will keep you fully updated but you’re still also more than welcome to message at any time for more!
